My name is Aurélie a.k.a The Wild Fairy, but I won’t be doing the magic here, you will.

What if all the answers already lived within you?
What if your body spoke a language more powerful than words?
What if there was nothing to do but slow down and listen?

You have been gifted with a feeling, sensing body to help you navigate the world as an embodied soul. You can use different maps to walk your path, but you are the compass.

Let me take you on a journey of remembering your wild and magical nature—safely, softly, and joyfully.

About my own journey

Sometimes, you choose the work. Other times, the work chooses you.

As a Wild Fairy at heart, I’ve always had a weakness for sparkly things. They took different shapes throughout the years. It started with shoes—red shiny ones—which climbed me up the corporate ladder. From client services to product marketing, I spent over 6 years selling luxury goods from air conditioned offices in Europe and the Unites-States.

Before I realized, I was bargaining with the Devil. I traded my morning matcha latte for a lukewarm cup of industrial tea while going through my emails at my desk. I fuelled myself with highly processed free office snacks and hormone-boosted chicken curries instead of healthy home-cooked meals.

I stopped dancing.
I stopped creating.
I stopped dreaming.
I stopped loving.

Until one morning, my body screamed. It had been whispering for a while, but I wouldn’t pay attention. It’s not something they teach you in school—to listen to the voice of your body. So, it made it clear—it shut down completely. Even then, I kept going, from my bed—who has time for a sick leave anyway?

But one day, as I felt another panic attack rising, instinctively, I stood up, played some gentle music, and moved. Slowly. Freely. Intuitively. And the anxiety went away.

I broke down in tears—tears of joy. All these years I had been dancing without even realizing how powerful this practice was. How did the world not know about it? Dance is medicine. Not some new-age woo-woo stuff, but an ancient tool to regulate the nervous system and marry body and soul.

In that moment, I made a silent pact, with myself and spirit, to spend the rest of my life spreading the word.
